Somalia government dismisses contact with Israel
(SomaliNet) The transitional federal government of Somalia denied that it has relations with Israel after allegations that Israeli intelligences operate inside Somalia, senior official said on Saturday.
"Lies! All lies!"
Somalia’s foreign minister Ismael Hure Buba said the TFG has no connection with Israel and would never have ties with Tel Aviv until Israel stops the harassments against the Palestinians.
"No, no, certainly not!"
Buba said that Somalia still respects the deal by the Arab states in which they decided not to have normal relationship with Israel. His latest comment came as Somalia was said to be among some of the Arab countries who have ties and cooperation with Israel.

Earlier there were reports that Israeli intelligence under the cover of aid agencies was operating inside Somalia helping Somali refugees at the border between Somalia and Kenya, as Israel radio reported. Buba’s denial was a response to the Israeli Radio report.
"Nothing of the sort!"
