Iraqi court denies judge who sentenced Saddam has fled
The Iraqi High Tribunal on Sunday denied reports that the judge who sentenced former dictator Saddam Hussein to hang for crimes against humanity has fled to Britain to seek political asylum. This report is not true, he is having an ordinary vacation outside Iraq, the tribunal said in a statement.
