Former US president Bush released from hospital
Former US President George H. W. Bush was released from hospital on Monday after being taken ill while playing golf in California, a statement said. Bush, 82, was admitted to the Eisenhower Medical Center on Sunday after becoming dizzy and dehydrated while playing golf with friends in blazing sunshine and 94-degree heat near Palm Springs.
