Another Officer Sentenced For Trying To Stop Illegals
Former Edwards County Deputy Sheriff Gilmer Hernandez was sentenced to 12 months plus one day by Federal Judge Robert T Dawson....Hernandez was convicted December 1, 2006 for violating the civil rights of an illegal alien when the Suburan in which she was hiding attempted to flee a traffic stop made by then-Deputy Hernandez.
