Saddam Provided Funding To al-Jazeera
I know this comes as a shock . . .A recently discovered document shows that Saddam Hussein authorized monthly payments of 50,000 Euro (about $68,000) to Al-Jazeera TV from the Iraqi Ministry of Culture and Information.
