Three blasts shake northern Indian town
 NEW DELHI - At least three blasts occurred in quick succession on Tuesday in the northern Indian city of Gorakhpur, a police official said. These blasts appeared to have been caused by crude bombs, city police spokesman Avinash Mishra told AFP by telephone.One of the bombs was reportedly concealed on a bicycle, Mishra said. The first two explosions were in two different marketplaces while the thirdwas next to a newly built hotel in Gorakhpur, a low-income Indian city on the Nepal border.
