Gas Prices Decline
Eyewitness Report:It may be only a local development, and it may only affect Shell/Motiva stations, but gasoline prices have actually declined. One station hit a peak of $3.02 for regular, and dropped to just under $3; another station a few blocks away peaked at $3.13, dropped to $3.09, and just now dropped again to $3.02.
