"Chief Wiggles" launches Toys for Iraqi Children drive
Hopefully the Chief will be deluged--heâs going out a limb to help foment goodwill between our nation and the children who will someday grow up to run a free Iraq. Just imagine some little Iraqi boy (or girl!) who receives a donated toy from the hands of an American soldier, and who may grow up to become president of a free Iraq someday. That child may not comprehend what weâre doing to give him a solid infrastructure, medical care, education, or future just yet, but the memory of that soldier giving him what becomes his favorite toy will stick in his mind for the rest of his life and have a profound influence on how he views America throughout his formative years. That child is out there somewhere right now. Of course, the raw, happy joy a child can get from a toy is a pretty damn important consideration, too! Help ensure the Chief can reach them all!
