Car used in UNIFIL attack entered Lebanon thru Tripoli
 Investigators of the attack on the Spanish army UNIFIL contingent have disclosed that the Renault Rapide car used in the bomb attack entered Lebanon in 2004 thru the Tripoli port. Investigators also revealed that there has been some tampering with the engine identification number of the car . Its owner s a Lebanese , but his name was not revealed Investigators also found out that the bomb used in the attack contained a combustible Aluminum powder. The weight of the bomb is 30 KG ( 66 lbs). No one has claimed any responsibility for the attack, but the authorities have pointed fingers at Fatah al Islam , which is based in Nahr el Bared refugee camp near TripoliLebanese Defense Minister Elias Murr has disclosed today that the ministry has been aware of the possibility of an attack on the UNIFIL , by an al- Qaeda inspired group since about 2 months and this information was shared with UNIFIL.
