Balochistan CM's plane escapes unfortunate accident
Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Muhammad Yousufs plane on Sunday narrowly escaped disaster while landing at the Turbant airport when a tyre on its landing gear burst. The CM, along with Chief Secretary KB Rind, Inspector General Police Masood Khausa and Provincial Finance Minister Syed Ehsan, was returning from a tour of the rain-affected areas when his planes tyre burst. The plane managed to stop at the side of the runway, which was subsequently shut down. Until repairs could be completed, an emergency was declared at the airport.
