Bin Laden Appears In Tape
 Osama bin Laden delivers a 50-second speech on martyrdom in a video intercepted July 14 on its way to Islamist Web sites. The video appears to have been made in the last four weeks from older video clips, said Octavia Nasr, a CNN Arab affairs editor.
