Soldier killed in Waziristan attack
A rocket attack on an army post in Sarwaki tehsil, South Waziristan on Thursday left one soldier dead. In another attack, a roadside bomb hit a military convoy in North Waziristan, injuring 10, officials and eyewitnesses said. Two roadside bombs, hitting a police van carrying prisoners, and then the consequent investigation team, left six prisoners and five police officials injured.
