The Queen is threatened with terrorist attack on Nigeria visit
The government has learned that the Queen could be the target of an Al-qaeda terrorist attack during a visit to Nigeria later this year. The intelligence warnings, which have been passed to the Foreign Office, indicate that Al-qaeda operatives hope to exploit weaknesses in Nigeriaâs security services to strike during the Commonwealth Heads of Government conference in December.
