Swat jirga says 'foreign agencies' behind blasts
The Swat peace jirga said on Sunday that foreign agencies including Indias Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) were involved in suicide attacks and bomb blasts in Swat. The jirga, organised by the Ulema Peace Committee, denied the involvement of locals in disrupting peace in Swat, and said that elements were attempting to disturb peace in the area through a deep conspiracy.
