Ministers demand effective military action September 11, 2007, 8:14 AM (GMT+02:00) Four of the new recruits were seriously injured, two critically, from shrapnel and blast. One of the Qassams exploded in an empty tent in the Zikkim facility north of Gaza; a second outside the mess tent full of soldiers on their last day of basic training. Jihad Islami and the Popular Resistance Committees claimed responsibility. Israel is pondering a large-scale military response and cutoff of supplies and services to the Gaza Strip.
