Internationally wanted terror suspect arrested in Wisconsin ??
h/t Instapundit & Riehl World | A small town Wisconsin police chief has apparently captured a very big time criminal.
According to Frederic police chief R. J. Severude, an internationally wanted terrorist is sitting in the Polk County jail. Chief Severude says Hassan Mohamed Abdiaziz was stopped for speeding around 11:30 Tuesday morning. When officers ran his Minnesota driver's license, they found the man was wanted on several outstanding felony warrants. Severude says Abdiaziz is wanted by the FBI, DEA, and several foreign agencies for terrorist activities.
KARE 11 has a crew on the way to Frederic and we will have more information at KARE 11 News at 10 p.m.
However, another news source quotes the FBI as saying they have no interest in the guy & it was purely a drug arrest.
But THIS source says there are outstanding warrants not only for drugs, but also for money laundering & financing terror attacks both here and abroad. |
