Harry Ried hoisted by his own rhetorical petard
Rhiel World ViewSo, I decided to visit Democrats.Senate.gov and have a look at the letter Harry Reid used in a weak grand standing ploy today.
 Freedom from whom, or what, Senator Reid? And, as you've now admitted our troops are indeed freedom fighters on behalf of the oppressed, what is it about Iraqis that causes you to be of the opinion that they are not entitled to the same freedoms which you believe Americans take for granted? Is it their religion, or perhaps the color of their skin?Or is it OK if your country's enemies triumph as long as your party wins the next election? You've been trying to pull the carpet out from under our brave freedom fighters in Iraq for almost two years at the same time many of them have re-enlisted knowing they'd immediately rejoin the fight. What do you have to say to those brave Americans, Senator Reid? You've said nothing positive to them ever, so far as I can recall.
