Launch of Israeli radar satellite delayed by monsoons
The launch of a radar satellite capable of scanning Earth in any weather conditions was being delayed, Channel 10 reported Tuesday evening.

The satellite would give the IDF unsurpassed surveillance capabilities and its launch was widely anticipated in the intelligence community.

The main reasons the satellite was still not orbiting Earth were monsoon storms in India.
