Re-engaging US aircraft in Iraq should about qualify one for a Darwin Award.
According to local nationals, four other military-age males, five women and one child were among the dead, and five military-age males were wounded. Local nationals evacuated the wounded to Tikrit National Hospital.
Good chance this collateral damage is even real - it's gonna happen when bad guys shoot at our air assets from your roof.
Circumstances regarding the engagement are under review.
