Armed men rob Bajaur teachers' salaries
Armed men on Thursday robbed Bajaur Agency Education Department senior officials of teachersÂ’ salaries amounting to Rs 16,300,000. Education Department officials Ghulam Sarwar Khan, Abdul Bari and others collected the salaries of teachers from the National Bank Timergara and were on their way to Bajaur when armed men intercepted them near Abdara Degree College and looted the money. Bajaur political administration officials sealed the area immediately. The robbers, however, managed to escape.
