FC official killed in Miranshah ambush
 A FC personnel was killed and 10 others injured when unknown militants attacked a convoy with a remote-controlled bomb and rockets in the Ghulam Khan area near Miranshah, officials said. They said the incident occurred at around 10pm on Monday, adding that the security forces retaliated with artillery fire that continued till 8am on Tuesday. Meanwhile, the political tehsildar of Datta Khel tehsil issued a letter to local residents warning them of bombing if they did not relinquish a militant who recently attacked an army convoy and killed one soldier.Posted by: Fred 2007-11-14 |
