333 Palestinians killed in Hamas - Fatah infighting this year, B'Tselem says
 Ma'an 333 Palestinians have been killed so far this year in fighting between the rival factions Hamas and Fatah, the Israeli human rights organization B'Tselem reported Wednesday. Sarit Michaeli, B'Tselem's Communications Director told reporters that the death toll is a highest for Palestinian infighting since the beginning of the Second Intifada in 2000.
