Two killed, over 20 injured in four blasts in NE India
(KUNA) -- At least two people were killed and more than 20 injured in four blasts across Assam, a state in Northeast India, Sunday. An Assam police spokesman told news agency Indo Asian News Service that there were four explosions within two hours this evening. While, one explosion occurred in Assam's Tinsukia town, the state's main city Guwahati experienced two blasts. In another incident, insurgents launched a grenade attack at a police station in Assam's Bilasipara town, the spokesman said. There were no casualties in this attack.
