MNF-I reports first death in December
The Multi-National Force in Iraq reported the death of one Multi-National Division-Baghdad soldier and injury of three others on December 1, in an improvised explosive device explosion near a combat patrol in eastern Baghdad.The deceased soldier's name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin and release by the US Department of Defense, the related MNF statement said, as customary.
