Elections delay unconstitutional, says JI
 Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) leader Liaquat Baloch said on Wednesday that the delay in the elections was unconstitutional. He told a private television channel that the Election Commission and the caretaker government had already shown a tendency to delay the polls because President Pervez Musharraf and his supporters were seeing their defeat in the elections.
