Smoke Free Illinois Act now live.
Starting Jan 1. in Illinois.No smoking in: enclosed workspaces, public places including restaurants, bars recreation venues throughout the state. No smoking within 15 feet of the entrance to a public place or workplace. (Minimum places like Wheaton set it to 25 feet or more.)
