Haniyeh: Bush's visit endorses US-Israeli domination over region
Ma'an Prime Minister of the de facto government in the Gaza Strip, Ismail Haniyeh, said on Friday, that US President George W. Bush's visit to the region gave the Israeli government the go-ahead to the Israeli policy of occupation over the Palestinian Territories and offered only "more slogans, illusions and deception" to Salam Fayyad's Ramallah-based government. "Bush's visit yielding only endorsed further US-Israeli domination over the region," he said after Friday prayers at the Al-Gharbi mosque in Ash-Shati' Camp in the Gaza Strip.
