Fox News reports that Syria has handed over 22 suspects in the Istanbooms to Turkey. Nothing on the wires yet...Here's the AP report, not that there's much more... Syria handed over 22 suspects to Turkey on Sunday in connection with four recent suicide bombings in Istanbul, the semi-official Anatolia news agency reported.
