Georgia sez theyâd never harbor Chechens
Head of the Georgian Intelligence Department Avtandil Ioseliani refuted Russiaâs allegations that the militants who took hostages in Dagestan had winter bases in Georgia. "The militants came to Dagestan from Chechnya, and they have no bases in Georgia. Russiaâs representatives may come to Georgia and see for themselves.
