Notary admits helping 9-11 hijackers
Notary public Kenys Galicia, who admitted signing fraudulent paperwork for two of the hijackers in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks agreed to a plea bargain in which she pleaded guilty to an unrelated federal fraud charge.
