Specter Wants Justice Department to Look Into Passport Breaches
 Senator Arlen Specter, ranking Republican on the Judiciary Committee, called on the Justice Department to investigate the improper breach of confidential passport files of all three presidential candidates by contract employees at the U.S. State Department. ``That kind of a breach of privacy is just despicable,'' Specter, of Pennsylvania, said on CNN's ``Late Edition'' today. ``There are federal criminal statutes involved.
