NWFP can
The NWFP government can consider the release of banned organisation Tehreek Nifaz-e-Shariat-e-Muhammadi (TNSM) chief Maulana Sufi Muhammad, and the implementation of the Shari Nizam-e-Adl Regulation 2008 in the Malakand Division to bring peace to the restive region, NWFP Law Minister Barrister Arshad Abdullah said on Thursday. He said in an interview that the government would consider these options if there was a popular demand for them. Before the 2008 general polls, NWFP Governor Owais Ghani sent the draft of the Shari Nizam-e-Adl Regulation to President Pervez Musharraf for his approval. The draft proposal aimed to end the unrest in the Malakand Division.
