Hearing put off into Musharraf attack case
Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) No 1 on Tuesday adjourned till May 10 hearing into the bail plea of an accused in Musharraf attack case. Civil Lines police had arrested the accused, Rana Faqeer Hussain, for his alleged involvement in the case. The court also adjourned hearing into Shazia MubashirÂ’s plea for release in the same case till May 21. The court had already granted bail to Mubashir on September 13, 2007.
