According to UAE Sharjah broadcasting Channel's presentation by Ra'ad Aman in the program titled Foreign writings, a publication All Hindus Wake up or Protocol of Hindus, authored by Dr R Singh, was introduced into the London book market for 5 days before it was withdrawn due to fear of harassment and discrimination against Hindus in the Arab world. The book provides a guideline for Hindus regarding treatment of Muslims, which evokes serious concern. Extracts and discussions on this controversial book are available on various websites and blogs.

There are some protocols mentioned in the book:

1. Hindus must consider the state of Israel as its most friendly ally due to its negative attitude towards Muslims.

2. Spread sinful acts and values within Muslim communities.

3. Hindu temples must be built in all places possible and to be visited every day. Also the statue of "Ram" to be placed in the work place.

4. Regular meetings are to be held to plan ways in working against Islam.

5. Distribution of drugs and prostitution to be carried out within Muslim countries and communities.

6. Sexual relationships with Muslim women are encouraged to ensure the production of Hindu babies within Muslim communities.

7. If you are a nurse or doctor, whisper "Om" into the newborn's ear.

8. Try to spoil or damage goods in Muslim shops if you are employed by them.

9. Become their friends, gain their trust and stab them in the back.

10. Turn others against them.

11. If you work in their homes, try to influence their children or wives' way of thinking.

12. Wear a black string around your wrist.

Hindutva and its practitioners have been active in targeting Muslims and other minorities since ages. The razing of the Babri Masjid, the threats to holy mosques at Mathura, Varanasi, and a number of other locations under the same pretext as that implied at Ayodhya are examples of the targeting of Muslims at trivial pretexts. Take the case of the harassment of the renowned Indian Muslim artist M F Husain. Madanjeet Singh, in his article Cultures & vultures: wake-up call from Vadodara carried by The Hindu of May 18, 2007, informs M F Husain painted beautiful images of Hindu goddesses Saraswati, Durga, and Draupadi in 1996 but "The Hindutva Parivar vultures pounced on the greatest of contemporary Indian artists, and offered large sums of money to anyone who would behead the artist, gouge his eyes, and chop off his hands. Another masterpiece depicting a scene from the Ramayana, titled Sita Rescued, offended the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal activists. They ransacked the artist's Mumbai home in 1998."

Let us examine another website: HinduUnity.org, which preaches an agenda of loathing for Muslims. The site proposes reunification of the severed limbs of Bharat Mata i.e. Pakistan and Bangladesh back with the mother country.

Additionally, it proposes that "Article 370 of the constitution, which smacks of a separate balkanised identity of Kashmir from the rest of the country, will be scrapped. The restriction on sale and purchase of property in Kashmir by Bharatiya citizens will be abolished. The Kashmiri Hindu migrants will be honourably rehabilitated. Their snatched properties will be restored and the deprived Hindu families will be compensated. Secessionist demands and propaganda in Kashmir or anywhere else in the country, or indulging in violent activity will be ruthlessly repressed. Secessionist demand will be a strict penal anti-national offence. Singing of 'Vande Maataram' everyday will be compulsory in all educational institutions."

In its "FAQ" portion, it presents disconcerting ideas; e.g. Q: Who in your opinion should rule India today? A: The perfect man for this job is Shri Bala Thackeray of Shiv Sena or perhaps Shri Narendra Modi (BJP) who have displayed a true dedication to the Hindu cause. Q: What are you views on Mohandas K Gandhi? A: Gandhi was a downright pacifist, without guts and scruples. As if to sink in the point, the site opens with a quote from Shri Nathuram Godse (Gandhi's assassin) justifying his deed that "Mohandas Gandhi's policy and action had brought rack and ruin and destruction to lakhs of Hindus."

Such protocol propagating hatred must be taken cognisance of. On one side there is a comprehensive dialogue for peace in progress, and on the other, venom is being spewed through publications and protocols issued for Hindus to annihilate Muslims and encourage ethnic cleansing and pogroms against minorities.
