'A powerless Musharraf to resign'
President Pervez Musharraf will resign rather than becoming a ‘toothless president’ like Chaudhry Fazal Elahi or Rafiq Tarar, Dawn News quoted Musharraf as telling PML-Q leaders on Thursday.
