Malignant teacher has class vote special needs kid out
Morningside Elementary kindergarten teacher Wendy Portillo had her students each tell a special needs kid why they don't like him and then had them "vote him out of class" by a 14-2 margin. She then backs it up by telling officials and reporters that she doesn't see anything wrong with it.
