Civilian killed, 3 wounded in central Baghdad blast
 (VOI) One civilian was killed and three others wounded when an improvised explosive device (IED) went off in central Baghdad, on Monday, a security official said. "An IED planted by unidentified gunmen on a road near Madinat al-Tibb hospital in Bab al-Muazzam area, central Baghdad, leaving one civilian killed and three others wounded," Maj. General Qassem Atta, the official spokesman for the Baghdad operations command and Fardh al-Qanoon (law imposing) security plan, told Aswat al-Iraq Voices of Iraq (VOI).
