Kabul releases Hekmatyar's son-in-law
Dr Gharat Baheer, the son-in-law of former Afghan premier Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, arrived in Peshawar on Thursday following his release from Afghanistan after serving six years in United States detention. Dr Baheer, spokesman for the Hizb-e-Islami, told reporters at Peshawar airport that his release was not the result of any deal.
