Car bomb leaves 4 dead in Iraq
Iraqi police say a parked car bomb has exploded in the Karrada neighborhood in eastern Baghdad, killing 4 people and wounding 7 others. Police say the bomb targeted a passing police patrol in the Karrada neighborhood around 11:15 a.m. Monday. An army lieutenant was among the dead.
