Probable explanation found for hole in Quantas airliner

Hopefully it will remain valid! :-)In case the link turns out to be temporary: It was discovered that the #4 oxygen cylinder on the jet is missing, and that a 20cm hole was discovered in the floor directly above the cylinder.
