U.S. House panel issues contempt citation against Rove
 (Xinhua) -- A House panel voted Wednesday to issue a contempt citation against Karl Rove, a top aide of President George W. Bush. The 20-14 vote was cast along party lines and held Rove accountable of failing to testify in Congress on "politicization" within the Justice Department scheduled on July 10. Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee had wanted to question him about his knowledge of the prosecution of former Alabama Democratic Gov.
