Obama blasts Republican policy as `reckless'
 Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama says he is offering fundamental change from what he calls "reckless" Republican economic policies that have hammered middle-class families. The Illinois senator says his rival John McCain plans to stay on the economic course charted by President George W. Bush.
