7 wanted people arrested in Basra
(VOI) -- A combined Iraqi army-police force on Wednesday arrested seven people wanted for "terror and criminal" cases, while a quantity of arms and ammunition were seized, all in raid operations in three different areas, in southern Basra, said the Iraqi army's spokesperson in the province. "A force from the Iraqi army-police today conducted raid operations in the areas of al-Seba, al-Fidaghiya, and al-Bahar, 70 km southern Basra, and arrested seven people wanted for terror and criminal cases," Colonel Abbass l-Temimi told Aswat al-Iraq - Voices of Iraq - (VOI).
