Al-akhbar (Leb Newpaper) reports UN will demand Israel pay $1B to Lebanon
The United Nations will require Israel to pay Lebanon nearly $1 billion for environmental damages caused during the 2006 Second Lebanon War, the Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar ...a leftist rag currently allied with Hizballah ... reported on Saturday.
