Pakistan, US to hold strategic dialogue on Monday
Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and United States Deputy Secretary of State John D Negroponte will co-chair the third meeting of the US-Pak Strategic Dialogue in Washington on Monday.According to the State Department, the strategic dialogue is "a symbol of our commitment to a stable, broad-based and long-term relationship serving the interests of both the United States and Pakistan. The Strategic Dialogue's working groups -- education, economic growth, energy, science and technology, and the new agriculture working group -- develop specific proposals for joint action by the US and Pakistan to achieve our shared objectives.
