Man killed in blast near minister's house
 A bomb blast killed a man outside a compact disc (CD) shop near a federal minister's house on Monday. According to details, the blast occurred outside Maqsoud CDs shop in Chatto Chowk near the residence of Federal Minister Khawaja Muhammad Khan Hoti. The blast also destroyed the CD shop and two other shops nearby. Police later found a mutilated body near the spot. It was beyond identification. It has not yet been ascertained whether the explosion was a result of a bomb planted near the shop or that it a suicide attack.
