MNF nabs 10 "suspected terrorists"
Aswat al-Iraq: Ten "suspected terrorists" were arrested by the Multi-National Force (MNF) during operations in central and northern Iraq, according to a press release. "Friday in Quayyarah, about 54 km south of Mosul, Coalition forces detained two suspects while targeting an alleged terrorist courier believed to be connected to regional AQI leadership," read an MNF statement received by Aswat al-Iraq.

"During three coordinated operations Saturday in Sulayman Bak, about 81 km southeast of Kirkuk, Coalition forces detained one wanted man and six additional suspects. The wanted man, who identified himself to forces during the operation, is believed to have connections to suspected terrorist operatives in the area."

"Another wanted man was captured during a Coalition force operation in Sabah Saturday, about 95 km west of Kirkuk. Reports from detainees already in custody pointed forces to the man, who is believed to be a member of a terrorist group associated with AQI and have links to its regional leaders. He too identified himself to Coalition forces," the statement noted.
