Jakarta police arrest suspected terrorist
People flock to a house rented by a suspected terrorist who was arrested on Tuesday with 21 bullets, three kilograms of explosives, PVC pipes and bomb-making manuals, in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

National Police Chief Gen. Bambang Hendarso Danuri identified the detained suspect only as Wahyu, a.k.a. Uci, and said the authorities were still investigating his background.

Wahyu is suspected to be involved in sectarian violence that claimed more than 1,000 lives in Poso, Central Sulawesi, in the early 2000s.

Suspected to be a member of Kompak, an Islamic militant group, Wahyu is on the Central Sulawesi Police's list of wanted people. Police also suspect him of being involved in the attack on the Police Mobile Brigade headquarters in western Seram, Maluku, on May 16, 2005.

"More details will come later," Hendarso said as quoted by detik.com.
