Child killed as rocket hits his home in Kut
Aswat al-Iraq: A nine-year-old boy child was killed when a rocket fell on the house of his family in northern al-Kut city on Friday, a security source in Wassit said. "A Katyusha rocket fell on a man's house in al-Khajiya, northern Kut, on Friday evening, leaving a child killed and two other family members wounded," the source told Aswat al-Iraq.The source did not say where the rocket was fired or any other details about the incident.
