New Zealand: Central bank cuts interest by 1.5 percent to five percent
(SomaliNet) New Zealand's central bank has cut its interest rate by 1.5 percent to five percent. The bank says the reduction is needed because of the continuing unrest in the financial markets and the sombre economic outlook.
